At Handonestore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations of our courses and services.

2. Digital Products and Services

Since our courses are delivered digitally, please note the following:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund
  • Once you have accessed more than 50% of the course content, refunds may not be available
  • All refund requests must be made in writing to info@handonestore.world
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval

3. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of purchase
  • You have accessed less than 50% of the course materials
  • You can demonstrate technical issues that prevented course access
  • The course content did not match the description provided at the time of purchase

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Courses that have been completed in full (100% progress)
  • Certificates of completion that have been issued
  • Personalized or customized content
  • Bundled courses where the majority of content has been accessed
  • Promotional or discounted items purchased during special sales events

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@handonestore.world with your order number
  2. Include a brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  3. Provide any relevant details about technical issues if applicable
  4. We will review your request within 5 business days
  5. You will receive a response via email regarding the status of your refund request

6. Processing Refunds

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • It may take 5-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative method
  • All refunds are subject to verification of purchase and eligibility criteria

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription service with us:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation

8. Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing our courses:

  • Contact our support team immediately at info@handonestore.world
  • We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
  • If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a full refund will be issued
  • Please provide screenshots or detailed descriptions of the technical problems

9. Course Transfers

In some cases, we may offer course transfers instead of refunds:

  • You may request to transfer your enrollment to a different course of equal or lesser value
  • Transfers must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • Only one transfer per purchase is permitted
  • Price differences will not be refunded if transferring to a lower-priced course

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may:

  • Request a review by our management team
  • Provide additional documentation to support your refund request
  • We will conduct a thorough review and provide a final decision within 10 business days

11. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card company before contacting us:

  • Your account may be suspended pending resolution
  • We will provide all necessary documentation to your financial institution
  • We reserve the right to refuse future service if a chargeback is found to be fraudulent
